Refund policy
At ST MUNIKA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns on a case-by-case basis. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

1.1 Case-by-Case Returns: We understand that each situation is unique, and we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, you must contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order and provide details about the issue.
1.2 Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. It should not show any signs of damage, wear, or alteration.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or customized products, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and items explicitly marked as non-returnable.
2. Return Process
2.1 Notification: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by reaching out to our Customer Service link below within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide:
- Your order details,
- The reason for the return,
- Any relevant photos and supporting information.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue to receive a return label and further instructions.
2.2 Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and determine if a return is eligible based on the case. If approved, you will receive further instructions, including a return authorization number and the return address.
2.3 Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package to ensure its safe return.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Options: If your return is approved, we will offer one of the following options based on the nature of the return: a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or a replacement product.
3.2 Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as per our return policy, and then place a new order for the desired item.
