How can I place an order for your designs?

What is your shipping policy, and how long does it take to receive my order?

The time required to complete a custom-designed garment varies based on the complexity of the design and our current workload. We'll provide you with a timeframe during the consultation process, ensuring that we maintain the highest quality standards while delivering your personalized garment as efficiently as possible.

What is your return/exchange policy?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as per our return policy, and then place a new order for the desired item.
